Essentiall accessory. However, I found the diabetic pen needles on Amazon for 7$ for 100. And the alcohol swabs can be found anywhere. I’ve found a wet paper towel cleans the glass decent without effecting the gasket on the lid, as the alcohol can remove it over time. Hope this helps. Love my firefly 2+!
