How to Charge

1. Plug the cable into any standard USB adapter and connect to the Firefly 2+ charging dock.

2. Place the Firefly 2+ on the charging dock: the LED light blinks blue when charging and turns solid blue when fully charged.

3. For fastest charging: use a wall adapter that is 9 Volts or higher (i.e. tablet adapter). The charging time will increase to up to two hours if using a lesser power adapter or charging through another device, depending on the device’s capacity.

How to Pack a Bowl of Loose Leaf

1. Remove the magnetic lid by lifting up on either side.

2. Use coarsely-ground material. The grind should be small and crumbled but not too fine. A powdery grind will cause pull-through.

3. Loosely fill the glass chamber slightly past the rim and tamp down gently.

4. Ensure the interior surfaces are completely free of debris for a tight seal.

5. Replace the lid and make sure it is seated correctly.

For optimal concentrate use, either download the Firefly app and use the “Concentrates” temperature setting or set the temperature manually from the device. (Refer to page 14 for instructions).

• Place concentrate pad in heating chamber and press firmly into the bottom of the heating chamber.

• Place small amount of concentrate material on the center of the pad. A little goes a long way! Solid: About the size of a grain of rice Liquid: 2-3 drops IMPORTANT: Do not overfill pad.

Touch the sensors on each side of the Firefly 2+ dry herb vaporizer. This will activate the device's heating mechanism (there is no power button on the Firefly). Within seconds, the device will be ready. Take a pull from the mouthpiece, starting with smaller hits and working your way up to larger, deeper hits as desired.

  • Remove the battery for a few seconds, reinsert and try again.
  • Clear the sensors of any debris or residue. We suggest using a lightly damp isopropyl wipe.
  • If you are in dry or cold temperatures, be sure to warm your hands to ensure the sensors can make connection.

Having trouble reconnecting your mouthpiece? We suggest first watching our video for visual guidance. If you still do not hear the click when reconnecting, try putting a little force behind it. You may need more force than you think.

Warranty

6-Month limited warranty

Slang Distribution, Inc (dba Firefly). provides a limited warranty on the Firefly device against defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If a warranty claim is approved during this warranty period, National Concessions Group, Inc. will conduct one or more of the following actions, at its own discretion, to remedy the situation:

  • Replace the Firefly 2+ device with a brand new unit.
  • Provide any necessary replacement parts that are available.

Please note that Firefly Devices purchased from authorized retailers are not eligible for a refund in any instance.

Exclusions and limitations

This Limited Warranty will not apply if it is determined that the Firefly 2+ device is malfunctioning is a result of one or more of the following acts:

  • Damage caused by operating the Firefly 2+ in a manner outside of what is recommended or permitted and as described in the user manual
  • Damage caused by product neglect, including the failure to maintain a proper cleaning regimen;
  • Damage caused by disassembling, manipulating or altering the device in any way or attempting your own repairs;
  • Damage to the cosmetic appearance of the Firefly 2+ device, including, but not limited to scratches, dents, chipped or broken off parts;
  • Damage to the Firefly 2+ device caused by misuse, abuse, theft, natural disasters or any other external causes.
  • Any failure to follow the Safety Instructions provided with this product

Firefly products purchased outside of the United States are not covered under the warranty. Please contact the retailer you purchased your product from with any questions.

Any previous generations of Firefly device, including but not limited to the Firefly 1 and Firefly 2, are not valid for warranty coverage under the Firefly Limited Warranty.


Warranty claim instructions

We'd like you to know that we test every single unit that we sell and go to extraordinary lengths to ensure our products operate as intended. If your unit contains a factory defect, or stops working within the six (6) month warranty period, we will replace your unit at no cost to you.

  1. Submit a request via our Online Contact Form and include a description and a video of the issue(s) you’re experiencing with your device.
  2. If you purchased a device via a brick and mortar retail location, a photo of the receipt of purchase will be required. If you purchased with us online please provide your order number.
  3. Our customer service team will review each submission on a case-by-case basis and provide approval or denial for your request based on the evidence provided.

Policies

To ensure that we process orders promptly, we've enacted a 4-hour cancellation policy. If you ever need to cancel or edit an order, just let us know within that window, and we'll do our best to cancel it before it's fulfilled.

Once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to it. If you need to make any adjustments to your order you will need to fill out a cancellation form, then create a new order with the items that you prefer.

Please note that cancellation emails sent to our SLANG email address will not be processed quickly enough to accommodate the request in time. All cancellations will need to be sent with the cancellation form on Thefirefly.com.

If your cancellation request falls within the 4-hour time frame and your order has already been shipped, we'll be happy to provide a return shipping label for you. But if it's beyond that, you'll be in charge of the return shipping costs. Please note that any items that are returned opened will incur a 15% restocking fee.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of most Firefly purchases within 14 days of the original delivery date, less a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned to us in order to be eligible for return. It is required that you clean the device of all traces of THC, where applicable, before returning any product(s) to us.

Return Instructions

  1. Submit a request via our Online Contact Form to request return approval from a Firefly representative.
  2. Once approved, write your original Order Number number on all sides of the packaging or envelope containing the Firefly Device that you are returning.
  3. Address the package according to the instructions that were sent to you via email.
  4. Provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment.
  5. Please allow 14 business days for the processing of your return once it has arrived at our facility.

Please note that we are not responsible for items sent to us without an Order Number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not liable for any product(s) that are lost or damaged during shipment. For all product returns, the product must be safely secured in the package such as by using the original packaging material or by using bubble wrap or similar supplies to protect the product from damage during shipment. All accessories and product component parts must be returned with the product(s) being returned. If a free item was included with the order as part of a promotion, Firefly Vapor reserves the right to deduct the value of this promotional item from any refund provided.

FREE SHIPPING

Firefly offers FREE SHIPPING on all DOMESTIC orders, within the Continental U.S. over $199. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class service depending on the shipping destination. We do our best to ship all orders received Monday-Friday within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. We do not ship over the weekend. Firefly products can only be shipped within the U.S.

PRIVACY

We place a very high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no product indications.

PLEASE NOTE: The person or business receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay duties and taxes as required by their state and federal governments. FIREFLY APP

Firefly does not collect any user data without the explicit consent of a user. This includes personal data, location data, or device usage data. In the rare case of a firmware download error to the device, the following technical data is recorded in order to diagnose the reason for the error and provide more effective Customer Support:

OPTIONAL DEVICE REGISTRATION:

Customers are presented an in-App option to register their device, and the following information is collected if the customer chooses to register their device:

If the customer chooses not to register their device, the registration interface will stop appearing after 5 dismissals.
